We are seeking a Grants Administration Officer to join our team on a temporary basis up to June 2026. The role will be based in our Sydney Olympic Park office, offering flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Our work is spread across NSW, with ten Sport and Recreation Centres, five Olympic Sport Venues and offices throughout the state.

**About the role**

The Grants Administration Officer provides a range of administrative and support services relating to the operation of the Infrastructure Grants team.

In this role, you will be required to:

- Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, to support the effective operation of the team.
- Provide information and guidance to grants applicants, contributing to the efficient and compliant management of Office of Sport for grants administered.
- Undertake a range of administrative tasks that support the efficient and compliant management of Office of Sport grants, including spreadsheet data entry and oversight, grant management system and shared inbox management.
- Provide support to a range of projects, programs, and other initiatives to support Office of Sport development activities.
- Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible

**About you**

You will have the ability to support the administration of effective infrastructure grant program activities in an environment with a high volume and variety of tasks, competing priorities and tight deadlines. You can deal effectively and professionally with business clients and industry stakeholders whilst managing their expectations and balancing competing priorities. You foster a positive customer experience, and you are technology savvy.
