About The Opportunity
Location: Securecorp head office – Mulgrave
Our Monitoring Centre provides 24/7 security surveillance, completing alarm and emergency service responses to our clients.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in monitoring.
Roster
Successful candidates must be available for training Monday - Friday business hours for the first 3 weeks of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitoring of alarms and CCTV
Identification of potential incidents
Attending to high volume of outbound/inbound calls
Liaison with police, internal stakeholders, and clients
Occasional data entry
Ability to work in a team environment
Key Selection Criteria
Must hold a current Monitoring Licence
Minimum 1 year of monitoring experience
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in customer service and/or security/monitoring
Ability to assess incidents and mitigate risks
Timely report writing
Excellent communication and written skills
Mature outlook
Proficient in PC skills for report writing
Intermediate keyboard and computer skills
Australian Driver's Licence
