Monitoring Centre Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Monitoring Centre Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing video footage captured by our technology in the field, determining whether a driver is tired or distracted, and contacting clients to advise them of events so they can manage the safety of their driving fleets.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about road safety and has excellent communication skills. As a Monitoring Centre Analyst, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our Guardian solution is operating effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing video footage and identifying potential safety risks
  • Contacting clients to advise them of events
  • Working closely with our team to ensure the effective operation of our Guardian solution

As a Monitoring Centre Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the development of our Guardian solution. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.

Our company operates 24 hours/7 days a week, with shifts scheduled from 6AM - 2PM and 2PM - 10PM. We provide all the training you need to perform the role; however, an interest in providing a high level of customer service to global customers is key to being successful in this role.
