Procare's Factual Investigations Division are seeking a **Factual Case Coordinator**for an immediate start, to work within our established Investigations team based at our Head Office in **Alexandria**.
**This is a full time, permanent role based at our Head Office in Alexandria.**
**The Role**:
- Updating our valued clients on the progress of factual investigations;
- Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration;
- General insurance investigations support;
- Coordinating travel bookings and preparing external information requests;
- Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution;
- Skip traces & witness location support.
**About You**:
- Have experience or a genuine interest within a relevant industry (insurance, investigations or legal);
- Excellent customer service focus and client-centred approach is** mandatory;**:
- Intermediate to strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) **mandatory**;
- Scheduling and appointment setting experience is highly desirable;
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional time management and organisational skills;
- Ability to thrive under pressure; and
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
