The Role

  • Contribute to detailed reports by monitoring, assessing, and investigating evidence in line with our service requirements.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and effective support to surveillance operations, assisting with new and existing cases.
Requirements

We seek a candidate with:

  • Demonstrated interest in surveillance & investigations, insurance litigation, or law enforcement.
  • Proven administrative experience (1-2 years).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work independently.
  • Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling, and report preparation abilities.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Docs) and social media experience.
  • A professional demeanor and excellent customer focus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
