The Program Services team is leading this transformational project, which aims to:

- embed best-practice stakeholder management and stakeholder data management into everyday program delivery
- support a portfolio-wide culture that values collaboration and information sharing between programs and prioritises the stakeholder
- equip staff with the tools and knowledge to achieve and sustain these organisational changes
- ensure program delivery teams have a strong understanding of and adhere to data privacy requirements under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (PPIP Act).

The Digital Change Manager reports to the Digital Manager within Program Services. Program Services is a shared specialist function that provides leadership, expert advice and practical assistance to ensure our division delivers a collaborative and integrated portfolio that achieves excellent outcomes for NSW.

The Digital Change Manager is responsible for leading all change management activities and supporting the behavioural shift required across programs to ensure the transition process is as smooth as possible. The role works closely with the Program Services team to deliver the project to agreed measures. This includes collaborating on specific tasks and providing leadership and coaching to other members of the team, to support our culture of knowledge sharing and learning.

This role liaises with leaders and program delivery teams to understand their challenges and evolve the onboarding approach in response.

**Key deliverables and accountabilities**
- Plan and oversee all change management activities for deploying the new SRM, and the broader stakeholder management framework, and be the key contact point for program delivery teams.
- Finalise the draft Change Plan for the rollout, ensuring it is based in sound change management methodologies to maximise adoption of the revised stakeholder management approach.
- Finalise the Stakeholder Management Framework, including roles, responsibilities and business rules.
- Lead the SRM Project Control Group; establish and lead the SRM Superuser Group.
- Actively collaborate to embed new ways of working for stakeholder management, developing strategies to accelerate adoption, minimise disruption and drive operational efficiency.
- Lead communication for the rollout, including facilitating Program Services to identify key messages, recommending appropriate channels, and managing communications.
- Maintain and promote information in a Stakeholder Management SharePoint 'hub' to support rollout activities, training and knowledge resources, and project communications.
- Define and deliver metrics and reporting to assess the success of the rollout and impact of the change.
- Identify potential risks associated with the proposed changes and deploy relevant mitigations.
- Support the Program Services team with training staff across program delivery teams, including identifying training needs, and assisting with the design and delivery of training activities.
- Provide expert advice and thought leadership on innovative approaches to problem-solving and provide strategic advice on best practice and opportunities for digital change management.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Focus on the people side of change, including preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes and technology.
- Anticipate the potential organisational and personal motivations and barriers to this change, and address responses from staff who are impacted by the changes.
- Foster and maintain relationships across program delivery teams and operational support functions to support the successful rollout and capitalise on related opportunities.
- Take a hands-on approach to familiarising yourself with the SRM platform being rolled out to ensure you can understand and respond to the needs of program teams in a meaningful way.

**Key experience**
- Experience in implementing digital and organisational change programs, including fostering digital culture and capability development among staff.
- Experience in leading successful change communications campaigns to a staff cohort with a range of technical capabilities and experience.
- Experience in stakeholder relationship management processes and tools.
- If you think this could be the right role for you _
