Job Title: Digital Transformation Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Transformation Director to lead digital transformation projects and initiatives for our organization. The goal is to modernize our IT and OT infrastructure and bring the digitalization of the organization to world-class level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies, aligning them with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with corporate management, IT teams, and other departments to ensure buy-in and alignment.
  • Evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities for their adoption within the organization.
  • Guide the organization through the process of adopting new technologies and ways of working.
  • Track the progress of digital transformation initiatives and adjust as needed.
  • Plan, organize, and execute IT and OT projects effectively.
  • Lead and facilitate organizational change, motivate and guide teams through the digital transformation process.

Requirements:

  • A successfully completed university degree in business, engineering, project management or similar and relevant professional experience in a comparable, complex role.
  • A strong understanding of digital technologies, knowledge of cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and other relevant technologies for the industry.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in similar tasks.
  • Certification in project management such as PMP is appreciated.
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in leadership.
