Strategic Transformation Consultant
This is a key role for a seasoned professional who can serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, drive large-scale transformation programs, and deliver impactful consulting engagements.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in technology strategy, operating model design, and transformation delivery. They will also have a strong track record of pre-sales, RFP responses, revenue generation, and deal closure.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs across banking, financial services, and government clients.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, driving digital and technology-led change initiatives.
Design and implement innovative, client-specific consulting solutions that generate long-term value and growth opportunities.
Own and lead business development activities, including pipeline growth, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
Contribute to practice development through thought leadership, mentoring, capability building, and representing the firm in industry forums.
Proven experience in leading technology transformation projects with a strong focus on FSI and public sector engagements.
Demonstrated track record of success in pre-sales, RFP responses, revenue generation, and deal closure.
Deep expertise in technology strategy, operating model design, and transformation delivery.
Strong leadership skills in practice management, team development, and internal capability uplift.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills, with a client-first mindset.
