SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Take our social media platforms to the next level

As the Social Media Manager for Bonds Group, you will enhance our brand and build strong online communities across all of our social platforms. You'll have the exciting responsibility of strategizing, planning and executing social media content for all of our channels - coming up with best-in-class ideas, leading production and managing a small team. You'll have your finger on the pulse of all things social and stay curious - always keen to trial new platforms or tech.

This is an extremely exciting role if you're passionate about fashion and collaborating with our Marketing team to bring Bonds to life on social.

**Reporting into the Bonds Marketing Manager, you will also**:

- drive strategic direction for Bonds social media channels
- lead content strategy, working back with agencies & partners to bring it to life
- manage and develop the Social Media Specialist and foster a great team culture, working collaboratively with our Copywriter and Graphic Design team
- support large-scale brand campaign activity & manage small ad-hoc campaigns
- work with our agencies to manage influencer activity

You are confident, self-starting and self-motivated, and someone who is comfortable building and fostering strong internal relationships. You enjoy coordinating, collaborating and executing exciting campaigns, and will gain exposure to multiple functions, including Marketing & Brand, Digital & E-Commerce, Design, Customer Service and Creative, Media and Digital agencies.

What experience do I have?
- Tertiary or relevant studies undertaken within marketing, journalism or communications or related discipline combined
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in social media marketing, even better if you've worked with fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands, or as part of an agency, or from a retail/wholesale branded environment
- Experience managing multiple and large social communities
- A solid understanding of emerging and established influencers in the fashion and lifestyle space
- A data lover - competency with social analytics tools to make content more effective
- Of course, you're a tech genius with every editing app possible, who lives & breathes social and you're always on top of the next emerging trend
- A proactive nature, with proven problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Hands-on, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, with an ability to adapt quickly to situations
