Waverley Toyota is currently seeking a dedicated, professional and friendly
**Customer Relations Consultant **to join our Service Team at Waverley Toyota on a Permanent Part Time basis.

We are looking for someone who possesses a professional and efficient manner at all times, that understands the importance of great guest service and promotes a positive brand image.

**About the role**:

- Over the phone guest service
- Build strong relationships between guests and the dealership
- Obtaining guest experience feedback
- Booking Vehicles in for service
- Guest follow ups

**Do you have?**
- Passionate about providing excellent guest service
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
- Strong telephone skills
- Can do attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
