Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to develop a rewarding career as a Customer Relations Consultant at Airport Toyota. To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in providing excellent customer service and consistently maximizing guest satisfaction.

As a Customer Relations Consultant, you will be responsible for promptly answering incoming customer calls, identifying needs, efficiently booking vehicles in for service appointments, following up, providing solutions to customer queries, and liaising with internal departments. You will also act as a passionate brand ambassador, promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Promptly answer incoming customer calls and identify customer needs
  • Efficiently book service appointments for vehicles
  • Follow up with customers and provide solutions to queries
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Act as a brand ambassador with courtesy and integrity in all interactions
Qualifications
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to professionally handle high call volumes with a helpful, positive phone manner
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Focus on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
  • Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport
  • Highly personable and empathic with exceptional listening and influencing ability
  • Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • A valid Driver's Licence is required
  • Inbound / Outbound Customer Service experience within a call centre environment is highly regarded
