**About the Role**
Four positions available, 3 x New Castle. Some travel will be required across the Lake Macquarie region where required. Reporting to the Manager, Community you'll lead a dedicated team of Support Workers and partner with Management to support efficient service delivery. This is an exciting role where you'll champion the lives of people living with a disability and support Aruma's strategic and operational goals.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Willingness to travel where required
- Min 3 years working in Disability services or equivalent care environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification i.e.Cert III Individual Support or equivalent industry experience
- Sound knowledge of human rights-based approaches and person-centred care
- Ability to lead and mentor and develop teams
- Intermediate MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Demonstrated knowledge of NDIS funding model and processes (desirable)
**Must haves**
- Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- National Police Check
- A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (dose 1 & 2 + booster)
