The leader of our community services portfolio oversees strategic direction, operational management, and day-to-day operations across various services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and development for community services
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to achieve organisational goals
  • Promote quality service provision, excellence, and best practices within the organisation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Welfare, Social Work, Psychology or related field
  • Proven experience in managing human services and leading teams
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to manage finances, develop budgets, and lead change
  • NSW Working with Children Check, Drivers Licence, first aid & CPR certificate
