About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering therapeutic services that promote communication, independence, and overall well-being.
The role involves managing a caseload of clients across various settings, including clinics, schools, and homes. You will work closely with colleagues from other disciplines to provide comprehensive support services that cater to the diverse needs of our participants.

Key Responsibilities- Manage an allocated caseload of clients with varying levels of need and complexity
- Deliver timely and effective therapeutic services that promote communication, speech, language, and literacy skills
- Work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines to provide holistic support services
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of client-centered plans
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A current registration as a Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience in leading and supporting others in a multidisciplinary team setting
- A strong passion for promoting communication, independence, and overall well-being in individuals and communities
