Are you a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team.
This role involves managing CTP claims portfolios from lodgement to finalisation. You will be responsible for building effective working relationships with stakeholders, assessing claims for reasonable treatment, and interpreting medical reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation.
- Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including injured claimants, solicitors, rehabilitation advisors, and medical professionals.
- Assessing claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in insurance claims is preferred but not essential.
- A customer-focused approach with negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- The ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
