We currently have an exciting permanent opportunity for a conscientious and professional Key Account Administrator located at our Stapylton Branch, on the Gold Coast. The role will see you supporting the Key Accounts and Internal Sales teams for local and national accounts.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the aim of this role is to foster an environment where every customer interaction, is met with enthusiasm, professionalism and a high degree of knowledge and accuracy.
**Objectives Responsibilities**
- Contract & Customer Administration
- Ensure a high level of customer service and account management.
- Provide excellent customer service and account administration
- Manage major / key accounts developing and maintaining relationships & ensuring excellent communication
- Ensure all major / key customers have valid written agreements in place and manage the agreement process
- Maintain customer KPIs / SLAs to ensure these are exceeded
- Follow through with client's request/queries from start to finish and ensure that all requests are attended to in a timely, prompt, and professional manner
- High-level of problem-solving techniques
- Ensure client satisfaction at all levels
- Work with all departments within the business to ensure the best customer experience
- Provide reports of business activities as required for specific account
- Advanced reporting creation and management throughout clients & internal teams
- Perform other administrative tasks or projects as required or as assigned by Management
- Ensure the SHRED-X CRM system details all relevant information concerning the client
- Provide "cover" for other roles as required.
As a Key Account Administrator, you will be joining an established team with exciting accounts across a multitude of sectors. This work will see you learning and engaging with all of our accounts as you develop your client and industry knowledge.
