About the Job
We're seeking an experienced Administrative Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll play a vital role in managing daily invoicing and billing with precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing and accounts payable processes
- Client discrepancies including dispute resolution
- Matching payments received to client invoices and reconciling client accounts
- Managing and prioritizing a varied workload to ensure all deadlines are met
- Communicating with clients in a highly professional manner
Requirements
- Experience working within the health industry
- Previous experience working in an administrative or accounts role
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to accomplish objectives effectively within time frames given, and carry out administrative duties efficiently and timely
