About the Role

  • Managing accounts using Xero software
  • Organising and processing pay runs
  • Monitoring, reconciling, and paying supplier bills
  • Following up on outstanding invoices and collections
  • Assisting with general office administration
  • Answering incoming customer calls and providing friendly support
About You

We are seeking someone who is:

  • Experienced in accounts and administration
  • Proficient with Xero (or similar accounting software)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A confident communicator with a professional phone manner
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team
