**About the Role**:

- We're open to Expressions of Interest for experienced Camp Managers for Fly in Fly out (FiFo) positions on our remote Oil and Gas mining camps. Our Camp Managers facilitate the day-to-day management of the camp, including overseeing safety, catering, and housekeeping activities while maintaining relationships with client representative/s and high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Duties**:
- Manage the operations to ensure delivery of key operational KPIs, such operational efficiency, safety, and health above all else and financial.- Lead the safety culture of the operation, through consultive engagement with the workforce, leading by example, ensuring compliance with contract, regulators, and client prescribed outcomes.- Lead and demonstrate customer service excellence and foster and maintain customer relationships to enable Ventia to display that we are a service centric project, focused on the delivery of best for client and resident outcomes.- Perform site inductions for new camp guests, including an explanation of the camp rules.- Conduct effective communications, including daily toolbox meetings, weekly safety meetings, safety stand downs and other meetings as required.- Other duties as required/instructed from time to time.- Ensure kitchen and site management complies with ECM food safety system and CCP audit requirements.

**Skills & Experience**:
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote location- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (equivalent or higher)- Food Safety Supervisor qualifications or similar (desirable)- Current manual drivers licence (mandatory)- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test.- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willing to obtain.- Current National Police Clearance Certificate or willing to obtain.

The Mobile Camps FiFo point of hire is Toowoomba and the meeting point is the Wilsonton Airport Toowoomba. You will be required to make your own way to the meeting point in Toowoomba, Ventia provides flights from Toowoomba to site and can offer overnight accommodation in Toowoomba prior to departure if distant travel is required.
