Camp Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Camp Coordinator.
About the RoleThe Camp Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating camps and events at our venues. This will include organizing contracts, finalizing bookings, and ensuring a smooth booking process.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently and within a team, and have experience in an administrative role.
A strong understanding of office management systems and procedures is also essential, as well as good computer literacy particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities- Organize contracts and finalize bookings
- Schedule and attend site logistics planning meetings
- Liaise with other divisions to ensure pre-camp logistics information is provided in a timely manner
- Collate pre-camp logistics information for sites and transfer relevant data to management systems
- Mature and consistent Christian faith, evidenced by godly character and active involvement in a Christian church
- Full agreement with Crusaders' Expanded Basis of Belief
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Experience in reservations, camps or bookings environment desirable but not mandatory

Other InformationThe position requires a current NSW Working with Children Check or a willingness to obtain one.
The schedule for this role is an 8 hour shift with COVID-19 considerations taken into account.
Reliable transportation to and from work is required, with Morisset NSW being the preferred location.
This role is only available to Australian citizens or residents with the right to work in Australia.
