Camp Programme Manager Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Camp Programme Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our CRU Educational Camps.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of dynamic camp leaders to engage thousands of children with the Gospel through impactful school camps.

  • Develop and implement camp programmes that align with school objectives, driving student engagement and academic success.
  • Mentor and train Summit Trainees to develop their leadership skills, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create memorable experiences for students, enhancing their educational journey.

We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a people-oriented mindset, and a passion for sharing the message of Jesus.

  • A mature Christian faith and active involvement in a Bible-based church community.
  • Agreement with CRU's Statement of Faith.
  • A commitment to evangelism and developing leaders.
