Lead, Equip and Inspire: A Vital Role in Christian Camping

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our educational camps. As Camp Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping lives through Christian camping.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people. You will be responsible for managing and supporting our team of Camp Coordinators, Directors and Leaders, ensuring our camps run smoothly and effectively.

You will also work closely with our senior staff to guide and mentor participants in our Summit Program; a traineeship that equips leaders in Gospel-focused, relational ministry. If you have strong leadership and organisational skills, a passion for discipling and developing leaders, and a belief in the power of Christian camping as a tool for evangelism and transformation, we want to hear from you.
