**Lead, Equip, and Inspire Through Gospel-Centred Camping Ministry**

Join CRU as our Camp Operations Manager and play a vital role in shaping lives through Christian camping.

As **Camp Operations Manager**, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of CRU Educational Camps, managing and supporting our incredible team of Camp Coordinators, Directors, and Leaders. You'll ensure our camps run smoothly and effectively, all while keeping our mission front and centre: sharing the Gospel of Jesus with the next generation.

You'll also work closely with our senior staff to guide and mentor participants in our Summit Program; CRU's camping ministry traineeship, helping them grow in leadership and faith.

**We're looking for someone who**:

- Brings strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Is passionate about discipling and developing leaders in a Gospel-focused, relational ministry.
- Believes in the power of Christian camping as a tool for evangelism and transformation.
- Has a friendly, approachable nature and enjoys working with school staff, students, and fellow CRU team members.
- Has experience or interest in working with students from Kindergarten to Year 12, and is willing to lead on school camps.
- Holds a current driver's licence and a NSW Working with Children Check (or is willing to obtain one).
