Job Title: Camp Coordinator

About the Role

The HumeLink East Project is seeking a motivated and experienced Camp Coordinator to fill this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accommodation Management: Manage accommodation booking and management systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Operational Support: Support operational departments with general administrative duties, including monitoring emails and ensuring timely responses.
  • Front Desk and Retail Shop Management: Manage the front desk and retail shop as required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and providing excellent customer service.
  • Team Support: Assist your team around the camp when required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to teamwork.
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a site administrator or camp coordinator, preferably in a remote camp, FIFO, or large infrastructure project environment.
  • Accommodation Systems: Strong working knowledge of accommodation booking and management systems.
  • Organisational Skills: Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Australian Citizenship: Australian Citizen or full working rights in Australia.
  • Driver's Licence: Current Full Driver's Licence (essential).
  • Construction White Card: Construction White Card (essential).
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to travel between camps in the Yass and Adjungbilly areas.
