In this role you will
Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding of customers in Managed Services
Drive service improvements and close gaps to enhance delivery
Work with teams to plan and deliver effective transitions and improvements
Review proposals and designs to ensure they meet support standards
Coordinate teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
Support new business and tenders with technical expertise
Build strong relationships to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction
About You
Strong experience in IT Managed Services, operations, and technical leadership
Track record of leading client onboarding, transitions, and service improvements
Good knowledge of systems and network engineering (Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, SCCM, ServiceNow)
Skilled in ITIL, change management, and working with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to solve problems and stay calm under pressure
Great at documentation and presenting technical info clearly
Committed to building long-term partnerships and driving service improvement
