Business Transition Lead Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a significant business transition within a large-scale digital transformation program. As a Business Transition Lead, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and supporting the smooth transition of people, processes, and business operations impacted by the program.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading business transitions within government or regulatory environments. They will possess strong planning, coordination, and program delivery skills, as well as excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including executives, operational staff, and program teams.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues impacting business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans to ensure seamless integration of new systems, processes, and business operations.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, operational staff, and program teams.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact business operations, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption.
