**What will you do?**

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and energetic Executive Assistant to support our Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. We are seeking someone who is passionate about exceptional service delivery and is committed to delighting others, not just satisfying
Ideally the role will be fulltime and based in either Melbourne or Christchurch, although we are flexible and open to talk about part time arrangements too.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer's diary with conflicting appointments
- Organising and arranging travel requests
- Preparing agendas, organising meetings and completing meeting minutes
- Producing reports and presentations
- Organising and coordinating events, including webinars
- Positively contributing to the fantastic workplace culture

Please note this is a 12-months fixed term paternity leave cover role.
