If you're an experienced Executive Assistant, this is a once in a career opportunity. Sharp & Carter are delighted to be partnering with a global client to recruit an exciting role supporting three Senior Executives.
Our client may be new to you (it's only a few years old) but as an organisation they've been around for over a century. They now have more than 1,100 employees across 10 countries, so far.
This role provides executive level support and coordination for the Commercial EVPs encompassing high level and confidential support to 3 Executive Vice Presidents. The role performs a full range of executive assistant and administrative support functions, including prompt, courteous and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders ensuring the smooth and effective administration of the commercial teams.

By nature, you will be enthusiastic, thoughtful and persuasive. By profession, you'll have impeccable organisational skills, be adept at multi-tasking, have the ability to prioritise and, of course, you recognise the importance of discretion.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Provide high level executive and administrative support to three Commercial Executive Vice Presidents including diary management and travel arrangements. Co-ordinate requests for information from internal and external stakeholders and others and provide a professional first point of contact for all inquiries.
- Manage complex and changing diaries, including scheduling, negotiating appointments and meetings, and organising associated and supporting documentation.
- Assist the EVPs to maintain timely and effective communications. Manage incoming and outgoing communication, manage logistics for meetings, workshops, events, and functions
- Assist with preparation of meeting agendas, including distribution of agenda and papers for key executive meetings.
- Act as the point of contact between the executives, internal and external personnel.
- Communicate and maintain the meeting schedules.
- Develop and maintain documentation and filing system
- Project Management: take on projects when required
**Your skills and experience**:
- At least 5 years as an Executive Assistant
- Exposure to executive level relationships and Board processes.
- Management of a dynamic and changing office, while providing high level support, time management and organisationa skills.
- High level verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record as a trusted business partner who maintains confidentiality at all times.
