**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilies:

- Customer Service: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers and service providers to ensure a compliant and complete shipment process in a timely manner whilst documenting customer needs for future use and striving for excellence.
- Operational Excellence: You will take ownership of understanding and complying with Expeditors internal process standards, to complete timely, accurate and compliant deliveries, customer billings and system updates.
- Service Provider Relationships: As an LCL coordinator you will build strong partnerships with Service Providers including shipping lines, transport companies, and freight yards to ensure you client is serviced to a high level.

**Qualifications**:

- Competent use of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Experience with Expedient and the ICS system
- Courteous communication and phone manner
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Road Transport DG Certified
