Our client is a highly reputable, family-owned manufacturing organisation who are continuously experiencing stable growth. They are currently on the lookout for a seasoned export professional to join their passionate and dedicated team, in a Customer Service & Export Coordinator position. Working within a dedicated team environment you will assume responsibility for the coordination of international export documentation and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.

This position will see you overseeing the entire export process including the coordination of shipments, preparation of export documents and contracts, and liaison with suppliers, clients, and service providers.

**The responsibilities of the role include**:

- Obtaining product clearances from Quality Assurance
- Managing orders for allocated suppliers
- Preparing shipping documentations (bill of landing, packaging list, healthy certificates, certificates of origin) and transport booking schedule for customers
- Co-ordinating delivery of cargo to freight forwarders to LCL or air-freight cargo
- Generate, review, and approve SAP invoices for all orders

**About you**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in an Export shipping role
- Knowledge of REX, Healthy Cert., Bill of Landing, Certificate of Origin requirements
- Strong administrative background
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Perishables experience advantageous
- A proactive, can-do attitude
