Behind every successful sales process is a team dedicated to creating a seamless experience for both customers and internal stakeholders. As a Sales Administrator, internally referred to as a **Commercial Services Officer**, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Bulk & Packaged Products businesses.
- This dynamic role involves a blend of administrative and customer service responsibilities, including processing pricing and rebates, investigating account queries, and handling monthly reconciliations. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and learning is constant, this role could be your ideal next career move.

**Your Opportunity**
- Manage and administer pricing, rebates, and customer claims
- Process and review incoming customer quote requests
- Investigate and resolve pricing, delivery, and account discrepancies
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing through end-of-month processes
- Maintain and update customer master data
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and ongoing projects
- Provide backup support to the team when needed

**What You'll Bring**
- Experience in commercial, sales administration, or general office support
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Salesforce (or similar systems)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily
- Highly organised with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- A proactive learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to workplace culture
- Availability to work Monday to Friday in our Darra office
