OverviewRoster Co-Ordinator role at Arcare Aged Care, Carnegie, Victoria.Role Details Contract: 12-month Schedule: Monday to Friday AM Salary: $29.89 per hour (Victoria)Key Responsibilities Staff Scheduling: Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and to meet care requirements of residents, considering qualifications, preferences, and contractual obligations.
Managing Shift Changes: Handle requests for shift changes, leave or time off and arrange suitable replacements to maintain staffing levels.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff to inform them of schedules, shift changes and any updates or important information related to their work.
Coordination with Management: Collaborate with the facility\'s management team to align staffing needs with budgetary constraints and optimise workforce management.Skills & Experience Ability to manage rostering and team member allocations.
Experience using employee scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.
Adaptable, motivated to learn.
Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
