**About the role**

We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable **Rostering Coordinator** to join our friendly and supportive team in head office located in Clayton.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem solving and great communication skills.
- Co-ordinate development and ongoing coverage of client rosters
- Allocate and match workforce resources to clients' needs.
- Maintain electronic databases.
- Administer advised workforce planning requirements, including roster changes, leave and absence planning.
- Have the ability to build positive working relationships with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Previous experience in Rostering/Scheduling (preferred but not essential)
