Roster Co-Ordinator role at Arcare Aged Care, Carnegie, Victoria.



Role Details
  • Contract: 12-month
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday AM
  • Salary: $29.89 per hour (Victoria)


Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Scheduling: Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and to meet care requirements of residents, considering qualifications, preferences, and contractual obligations.
  • Managing Shift Changes: Handle requests for shift changes, leave or time off and arrange suitable replacements to maintain staffing levels.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff to inform them of schedules, shift changes and any updates or important information related to their work.
  • Coordination with Management: Collaborate with the facility\'s management team to align staffing needs with budgetary constraints and optimise workforce management.


Skills & Experience
  • Ability to manage rostering and team member allocations.
  • Experience using employee scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.
  • Adaptable, motivated to learn.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
  • Friendly and effective communication abilities.
