What you will be doing:
Collaborate with the Head Chef and team in the day-to-day operation
Ensure dishes are prepared with care, presentation and attention to detail
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and organisation
Support training and mentoring of Junior staff, helping build a positive team culture
Able to work multiple sections and flexible hours
About you:
Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally a pub, restaurant or casual dining venue
Standout attention to detail and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while still managing to crack a smile
Strong organisational and time management skills
Have a Food Safety Handler's certificate
