What the role is about
Support the Head and Sous Chef in the day to day operation
Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
Food preparation and presentation
Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and compliance internally and with health regulations
Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers
Able to work multiple sections and flexibility with hours
Who are we looking for
Proven experience in a similar role (essential)
Standout attention to detail and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while still managing to crack a smile
Strong organisational and time management skills
Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate
