As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Modern Australian dishes, using fresh, seasonal produce from our curated menu
  • Ensure consistent quality, portion control, and appealing presentation
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and minimising food waste
  • Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards
  • Mentor and supervise junior kitchen staff and trainees
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and management on menu innovation, specials, and customer experience

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Chef in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of Modern Australian cuisine and passion for fresh ingredients
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and a genuine team player
