Job Opportunity
This role presents an exceptional chance to lead a multi-disciplinary team in overseeing ERP Platform and Corporate Applications. The successful candidate will strike a balance between total cost of ownership and delivered value, collaborating closely with Finance, Technology, and People & Culture departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational service delivery and project teams, driving all project/program aspects from planning to execution, implementation, change management, and transition.
Oversee the ERP Service Delivery team, providing functional and production support for the ERP platform (including Workday) and other integrated systems.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize investment in ERP and Corporate Applications, reduce total cost of ownership, and capture value from the delivered platform.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs and leveraging vendor roadmaps to benefit the organization.
Champion a customer-focused approach, translating business requirements into project scope with senior business stakeholders.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team members, promoting a high-performing and inclusive work environment.
Essential Qualifications
At least 10 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Proven ability to influence discussions with deep stakeholder management skills.
Extensive experience in digital strategy development and leading large teams.
Strong knowledge of Workday as a platform, payroll technologies, architectural experience, and IT methodologies and practices.
Exceptional experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
A curious growth mindset and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
