We are seeking a seasoned Senior Application Strategist to drive innovation and growth within our organization.

Job Description:

As a Senior Application Strategist, you will play a critical role in defining enterprise application architecture strategies and frameworks aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Architecture Leadership: Develop and lead enterprise-wide application architecture strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps that support business objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to present architectural solutions and influence decision-making.
  • Solution Design: Design end-to-end application architectures, including cloud-native, hybrid, and legacy systems integration.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish architectural governance, best practices, and standards across projects and teams.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor architects and technical teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies, tools, and platforms for strategic adoption and integration.
  • Delivery Oversight: Support delivery teams in translating architectural designs into actionable implementation plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience: In enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal architect role.
  • Proven track record: In designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Strong foundation: In application architecture principles, integration patterns, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices.
  • Deep understanding: Of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, middleware, and custom applications.
  • Experience: With DevOps, CI/CD, API management, and security architecture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management: And communication skills.
  • Ability: To lead cross-functional teams and influence at the C-suite level.
  • Relevant certifications: (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, SAFe) are highly desirable.
