Job Description:

The Corporate Security Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security framework to protect the organization's assets and personnel.

This includes assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and creating streamlined approaches to security operations.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement security strategies that align with business objectives
  • Assess and mitigate risks to the organization's assets and personnel
  • Lead and collaborate with security personnel to maintain top-tier performance
  • Evaluate and address customer or client threats against staff
  • Implement security processes and frameworks for corporate travel programs
  • Leverage CCTV solutions to enhance surveillance capabilities
  • Evaluate and implement security measures that align with organizational needs
  • Manage and respond to threats from customers or clients
  • Monitor and implement Executive protection protocols
  • Develop and manage policies and procedures relating to corporate security

About You:

  • You have the ability to assess risks and develop solutions that enhance safety without disrupting operations
  • You have experience with Gallagher and Miraki (CCTV) systems, which is highly desirable
  • You possess strong leadership skills to manage external suppliers
  • You can work in a team environment with other streams within the Property & Business Operations function
  • You are committed to understanding existing processes before suggesting enhancements
  • You remain composed in high-pressure situations and are available for a 24/7 on-call role
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across the business
