Job Title: International Corporate Access Strategist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the regional strategy for international corporate access into the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and expansion in this area.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our APAC Head of Corporate Access and local partners to develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy.
  • Work closely with our global equity research, sales, and investor access teams to create investor access strategies and content that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Innovate and expand our corporate access remit, identifying new opportunities across asset classes.
  • Build strong relationships with investors and corporate management by promoting our investor access products and services.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of conferences, forums, investor tours, roadshows, bespoke trips, and other ad-hoc Investor Access events.
  • Collaborate with our regional access team to support regional events and initiatives.
  • Prepare event invitations, meeting schedules, and marketing materials as required.
  • Set up event details in our event management systems and market the event to our equity sales and research teams.
  • Maintain strict adherence to meeting protocols and ensure that all events are executed smoothly.
  • Monitor event schedules to ensure that available meeting slots are being filled effectively.
  • Provide onsite support at events, including monitoring meeting attendance and producing post-event reporting.
  • Update our event management systems with accurate post-event attendance data.

Requirements:

  • Relevant working experience in Corporate Access or the Financial Industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with creativity in solving problems.
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
