The position involves designing and developing toolkits and guides to support leadership development professionals in delivering effective learning experiences.
Maintaining consistency in tone, structure, and branding across all communications and instructional assets is essential.
Collaboration with global stakeholders ensures that materials are contextually relevant, culturally attuned, and aligned with regional business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include applying design thinking and human-centered design principles to create engaging, inclusive, and accessible content.
Evaluating and measuring global leadership development experiences by synthesizing data and insights to inform ongoing improvements.
Designing and developing visual storytelling templates using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
Producing engaging instructional content using video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or Final Cut Pro.
Managing instructional assets through platforms like SharePoint and Confluence while ensuring consistency in tone, structure, and branding.
Requirements:
To be successful, you will bring strong instructional design skills with a focus on adult learning and leadership development.
Advanced PowerPoint skills with expertise in graphic design.
Proficient in plain language writing and instructional editing.
Skilled in managing collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams and Miro.
