Journey Details

Nurturing future leaders is pivotal to our success. Our Global Logistics Development Program is designed to identify and develop young talents to become industry leaders and top experts in Integrated Logistics and Supply Chain management.

Key Functional Areas
  • Sales - We seek individuals who can find and develop new customers as well as ensure commitment to current customers.
  • L&S - The role involves developing logistics solutions and products to satisfy customer needs.
  • Customer Experience - You will manage Service Delivery to our customers and ensure they get the full value of our integrated solutions.
  • Operations - This role includes managing and operating landside transport modalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree (in Supply Chain & Logistics) with a good GPA
  • Fresh graduates or have a maximum of 2-years working experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, drive to succeed, and proactive attitude
  • Customer-centric mindset, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for the Supply Chain industry
  • Good spoken and written English

The role is a contractual position for the initial 24 months, and on successful completion of the traineeship, you would be deployed in a full-time role in one of the functions mentioned.
