Job Overview

We are seeking high-performing, multi-lingual professionals to join our dynamic team and embark on a challenging two-year global leadership development program. This opportunity will provide you with real responsibility from day one, allowing you to drive business growth and develop your skills in a fast-paced international environment.

About the Program

The program consists of four main stages:

  • 12 months as an account manager or field engineer in your chosen country, where you will gain hands-on experience and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • 3 months on an operational project at national headquarters, where you will work closely with senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • 6 months on a strategic project in regional headquarters (Singapore), where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business results.
  • 3 months on a strategic project outside the region, where you will leverage your language skills and cultural knowledge to deliver business value.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:
