Our Defence & Social Infrastructure team are seeking a Phase In Manager for as part of a project transition for a Fixed-Term Engagement until 27th March 2026 with potential for an extension.The Phase-In Manager will be responsible for:Management and governance of Phase In Workstreams, including governance of;Workstream Phase In meetingsSubcontractors which may include audits and plant, materials, and equipment checksRecruitment and Defence security requirements for new Ventia employeesSite audits on existing plant, equipment and facilitiesthe procurement of appliances and specialist equipmentthe development of plans required to be submitted during phase inLine management of junior Phase In staff, including providing support and guidanceCommunication and liaison with the client (Dept of Defence) including attendance at key client/Ventia Phase In meetingsReview, development, monitoring, updating and reporting of Transition Schedules, checklists and plansManage and report on risk and mitigation strategiesFeasibility investigations of plant and equipment solutions and development and submission of associated business casesProactively identify and recommend solutions to improve processesCost monitoring of phase in expenditureSite visits where necessaryAbout YouTo be successful in your application you will have a qualification in Engineering and/or Project Management with government stakeholder engagement experience accompanied with:Strong logistics coordination skills and experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsResults focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues, assist the generation of solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome.Ability to successfully engage stakeholders from various levels of the business.Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional levelDiversityVentia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
