Position Summary As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the successful delivery of Superannuation projects for our clients, including product changes, digital initiatives, transitions, SFTs, Mergers, legislative changes, operational processes, data migration, system configuration, investments e.t.c.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record in managing complex projects within the Superannuation sector.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of project management, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing Superannuation projects.
Manage complex Superannuation projects related to product changes, digital transitions, SFTs, Mergers, legislative changes, operational processes, and investments.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and manage full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative working environment.
Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Effectively manage project risk through mitigation planning and management.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience (Ideal but not essential): Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the Superannuation sector.
Proven experience in managing Superannuation projects including product changes, digital transitions, SFTs, Mergers, legislative changes, operational processes, and investments.
Exceptional knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
PMP, Prince 2 or relevant certification will be an advantage.
High-level communication skills.
Adept in waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies Key Skills Ability to make important decisions under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
