This is a contract position, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role and contribute to the continued success of our thriving hospitality business.Candidates must be Australian citizens only.This contract position has an expected duration of 3 months with the possibility of extension.
The successful candidate must be available to start immediately.
ResponsibilitiesOverseeing all day-to-day operations, including staffing, guest services, and financial managementDelivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfactionImplementing and maintaining operational policies and proceduresIdentifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiencyEffectively communicating with and managing a team of dedicated hospitality professionalsCollaborating with the broader management team to achieve company objectives
What we're looking forMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar relief or management role within the hospitality industryRelief or management experience must specifically be within serviced apartmentsExperience across all serviced apartment operations is required, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and financial managementDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a teamMust have managed a team of 6-10 staff membersExcellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiencesStrong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and reportsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
