About the role
Kooii Apartments' is seeking an experienced Relief Manager to join our team in Fortitude Valley, QLD. This is a contract position, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role and contribute to the continued success of our thriving hospitality business.
Candidates must be Australian citizens only.
This contract position has an expected duration of 3 months with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate must be available to start immediately.
Responsibilities
Overseeing all day-to-day operations, including staffing, guest services, and financial management
Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
Implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures
Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency
Effectively communicating with and managing a team of dedicated hospitality professionals
Collaborating with the broader management team to achieve company objectives
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar relief or management role within the hospitality industry
Relief or management experience must specifically be within serviced apartments
Experience across all serviced apartment operations is required, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and financial management
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
Must have managed a team of 6-10 staff members
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
