Relief Park Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Relief Park Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in workstay accommodation management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.

The role is designed for flexible individuals who can hit the ground running and seamlessly operate the park in the manager's absence. Responsibilities include daily park operations, customer service, sales, managing the park team, and monitoring park budgets.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in workstay accommodation management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Proven and demonstrated experience in managing, developing, and training staff
  • Strong computer skills, especially in the MS Office suite
  • A good understanding of yield management
  • Previous experience with RMS or Newbook or similar reservation management system highly desirable
  • Mobility and flexibility to travel to different locations, including remote regions, sometimes at short notice
