We have a number of roles available (including a team leadership position) for experienced, passionate Human Factors professionals. You'll provide expertise to a variety of exciting projects ranging from integrating Human Factors concepts in flagship buildings and infrastructure design to providing behavioural insights for bespoke projects. You'll also contribute to the creation (or improvement) and implementation of Human Factors processes, methods, tools, templates to best practices standards.

With solid industry experience in Human Factors, ideally with some exposure to rail infrastructure projects, you bring the following attributes:

- A qualification in an Ergonomics, Industrial Design, or Psychology related discipline
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of Human Factors process and standards including ISO 9241-Part 10, integrating Human Centred Design
- Excellent peer review and report writing skills
- Ability to develop successful commercial proposals and tender responses
- Ability to manage different stakeholders and identify end-user needs.
